About Hayley

Hayley joined the team at Affinity in February 2023 as an eGaming Compliance Officer. She is responsible for ensuring that our gaming operators comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Hayley undertakes compliance monitoring of our gaming client’s operations and provides guidance on regulatory and AML matters. She works alongside our Head of Compliance to set overall policy and risk mitigation procedures to ensure practice is conducted to the highest regulatory standards.

Hayley previously worked as a Primary School Teacher until joining the islands’ finance industry in a CSP company, where she spent 4 years working in the Compliance team. She then moved to the Banking industry briefly before returning to the CSP industry at Affinity. Hayley holds the ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance and the ICA Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering.
