Katie joined the Affinity team in the Isle of Man in October 2025.

As Senior Compliance Administrator, Katie provides oversight and advisory support for the team and company. This includes guidance and monitoring across regulatory requirements, risk assessments, policy implementation and ensuring robust adherence to group standards.

Katie has previous experience in banking sector, specifically within risk and conduct, and in compliance, and holds the advanced certificate in AML.

In her spare time, Katie enjoys walking, holidays, and painting/crafts.
