Claudia joined Affinity in Miami, South Florida, in December 2025. Claudia brings a wealth of experience in private banking, and is excited to begin working with our private wealth clients.

What will you be doing in your new role?

I will oversee core corporate administration and compliance operations for Affinity’s South Florida office. I will manage entity governance, statutory filings, and onboarding workflows across multiple jurisdictions while maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to regulatory timelines. As well as partner with Compliance, Accounts, and Admin to streamline processes, optimize systems, and enhance operational controls. I will also take on cross-functional initiatives that strengthen our procedures, support growth, and improve overall efficiency.

What part of your new role are you most excited about?

I’m excited to partner with Compliance, Accounts, and Administration to streamline workflows and strengthen internal controls. Contributing to cross-functional efficiency is something that genuinely motivates me.

What drew you to Affinity?

I was drawn to Affinity for its diverse corporate and private wealth services. With a Private Banking background, I’m excited to work with a more specialized client base and continue growing in a sophisticated, cross-border environment.

What’s your background before joining us?

I come from a Private Banking background, having worked at Santander Private Banking in Business Development and later at Interaudi Bank in Operations. I’m also currently pursuing my MBA in Finance at Florida International University here in Miami.

What’s one skill you’re bringing to the team that you’re proud of?

One skill I’m proud to bring is my ability to stay highly organized while anticipating the needs of the team. I’m proactive in identifying what’s needed next, which helps keep workflows efficient and prevents issues before they arise.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

In my spare time, I love staying active and spending time outdoors with my dog. I’m passionate about wellness and practice Pilates and yoga regularly. I’m also certified as a yoga instructor and have completed the Institute of Integrative Health certification, which keeps me grounded and balanced.

Do you have a personal goal or anything on your bucket list to achieve next year?

A personal goal for next year is to continue advancing my education—specifically by completing additional certifications that strengthen my technical and leadership skills. I’d also like to prioritize my wellness by deepening my yoga practice and exploring new places to travel.
