Nevis has developed a licensing framework for operators and businesses supplying the gaming sector.
The B2C licence is intended for businesses that provide online gaming services directly to players. This may include online casinos, sportsbooks and other permitted forms of remote gaming.
The B2B licence supports gaming technology and service providers, including platform businesses, software suppliers, game studios and other companies that provide products or services to licensed operators.
Applicants must demonstrate who owns and controls the business, how it is funded and how it will meet its regulatory responsibilities. B2C applicants must also provide policies covering KYC, AML, responsible gaming and underage gaming, together with relevant technical testing and supplier documentation.
This gives serious operators a defined route into the jurisdiction and a clear basis for planning their corporate, licensing and compliance requirements.

The Nevis Island Administration introduced the online gaming framework as part of its strategy to attract responsible international business and broaden the island's economy.
The framework operates through the Nevis Online Gaming Authority, commonly referred to as NOGA. The Authority administers the licensing process, publishes regulatory information and maintains a public register of licensed businesses and their approved websites.
What attracted Affinity to Nevis was the combination of clear requirements and an approachable, commercially aware regulatory function. Applicants can understand what is expected of them and engage directly on genuine regulatory questions. This creates a better environment for operators that want to build a sustainable and well-governed business.
