Monica joined the Isle of Man team as Compliance Administrator in August 2025.

In her compliance role, Monica is responsible for a wide variety of tasks, including supporting the business meet regulatory obligations, carrying out client risk assessments, and staying on top of ongoing monitoring. She also helps to develop and update internal procedures and enjoys being part of a collaborative compliance culture.

Outside of work, Monica has many interests and hobbies that keep her busy including weightlifting, photography, cooking and making coffee with her partner, reading, traveling and spending time with her stepdaughter and family.
